Located in the heart of downtown Wadsworth, Cambria’s Bistro is a family-owned establishment that brings together the best of two worlds: the rich traditions of Italian cuisine and the contemporary favorites of a modern grill and pub.
Look closely at our menu and you’ll meet the family. Nonna’s lasagna, Pop’s stuffed shells, Mimi’s spaghetti, Christian’s caponata, Erin’s carbonara, Braden’s panino. Nearly every plate carries a name, because everything we serve is made the way it would be at home, from scratch, with care, and meant to be shared.
